This apartment will be renovated in the Summer of 2026. After renovation there will be two bedrooms downstairs, see floor plan. On the top floor one space will be created as a study area.
You can find this very light and spacious apartment in the middle of Kralingen, the most popular area of Rotterdam. It has a capacity for two international students. The landlord prefers to rent his property to two students who already know each other and will apply together. The house is equipped with all you can wish for to concentrate on your study. Pictures shown of the top floor, are of the current situation, so will be different after renovation.
The university and the city center is within walking distance as well as shops, banks, metro stations, trams (# 7 taking you straight into the RBS) and Uni park, lake, beach and cafes within 900m distance.
