The staff are very friendly, nice, enthusiastic, and helpful. Every time I have an issue with my rental, they respond quickly, arrange the right service, or send someone to check with a clear schedule and great communication. They always stay on top of the problem until everything is fixed and make sure I’m satisfied. I’m really grateful to have experienced such amazing service from this student housing. Highly recommend!!! And a big thank you to the staff who always help me whenever something breaks in my place 😊
