Rooms vary in size however approximately 14 m2. In the spacious living room with large balcony there is enough space to sit together with a drink and have a chat with your flatmates. The covered lounge balcony faces south and is quiet.

Closer by to Uni is not possible. Shops, banks & supermarkets at 300 m. Tram # 21 stops in front of flat. Park, lake, beach and cafes within 500m distance
