This so called 'maisonette' - two story apartment - is situated in the heart of Rotterdam and close to an area with nice cafés and terraces. It has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a balcony. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Washing machine, dishwasher and microwave makes life easy and convenient. Cutlery, pans and other kitchenware is at your disposal.
In each bedroom bed clothes such as duvet, cover and pillow are there. Rotterdam invites you to come!
The rental agreement will be signed for 24 months preferably with a mixed gender group or female group. If you don't meet these requirements, sending in your application makes no sense.
A provisional amount of euro 375 per month (75 per person) for heating and hot water has to be paid to the landlord as he has this contract in his name.
